About Us

Painsense specialises in interventional pain treatment to assist patients in their recovery from chronic pain conditions. We treat patients promptly, before the pain cycle becomes established. We utilise radiology and clinical expertise to ensure that the right procedure is performed for the right patient.

The precise cause of chronic pain is difficult to pinpoint as it varies for everyone. Evaluation from an experienced specialist is necessary to develop and implement an effective pain treatment plan. Early treatment is critical as ignoring the issue could cause the problem to magnify.

Painsense delivers a comprehensive range of interventional pain management services utilising the latest imaging equipment for precise injections with minimal discomfort. We recognise that every individual has different requirements and special needs.

Our clinic is entirely patient focused to deliver the best possible care. The first part of our treatment process involves a clinical assessment with one of our specialists. To identify the cause and offer treatment options, we may ask about your past medical history and for you to complete a questionnaire.

Controlled Drugs Policy

Painsense is a specialist medical clinic that supports interventional care for patients with chronic pain. The emphasis is on Interventional Procedures and physical rehabilitation treatment.

Pharmacologic treatment is also a component of patient care in chronic pain. We aim to reduce your requirement for pain control medication from our Interventions and physical rehabilitation. As part of this process, we are not permitted to prescribe Controlled Drugs (opiates).
